On September 17th, the AIDS Care Center for Education and Support Services honored its many dedicated volunteers with an Appreciation Dinner held at The Boot restaurant in Ghent. 

Volunteers were treated to a light dinner made from local produce and pasta and took part in the fantastic Virginia wines The Boot has to offer.

Executive Director, Stacie Walls-Beegle and Board President, Bruce Robertson, spoke about the importance of volunteering.  ACESS staff were also in attendance.

Last year ACCESS volunteers - including those involved with our Meals Program, fundrasing efforts, and Youth programs - donated more than 17,000 hours to the agency.

Volunteers Lil Masiello, David Corsar, David Cacace, Randy Eason,  Bruce Robertson, and Ericka Tribett were recognized for their dedication to the agency.  Rotating Board Members were also recognized for their term with ACCESS.

The convivial evening ended with closing remarks from our Volunteer Coordinator, Nathan Greene.  All guests received small tokens of appreciation on their way out.
