Stacie Walls Beegle, Executive DirectorStacie Walls Beegle, Executive Director

Ms. Walls-Beegle has served as Executive Director of ACCESS AIDS Care since 2001 and successfully merged two AIDS Service Organizations - CANDII and Full Circle AIDS Hospice Support in 2005.  Prior to this, she served as Director of Client for the Peninsula AIDS Foundation.  Ms. Walls-Beegle is a native of Kansas completed her undergraduate degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.  She has 20 years of human service experience in developmental disabilities, mental health and HIV/AIDS.  She has served in Non-Profit management for more than 15 years. 

Ms. Walls-Beegle serves on several committees, including the Greater Hampton Roads Ryan White Planning Council, where she is Chair of the Care Strategy Committee.  She also serves as Vice-President on the Board of Directors for Dining Out for Life International.  She is very active with homeless providers and policy at the federal, state and community levels and serves as Chair for both the Norfolk Homeless Consortium and the Homelessness Taskforce of the Greater Virginia Peninsula Continuum of Care Council.  She is a member of the South Hampton Roads Regional Task Force on Ending Homelessness.  Ms. Walls-Beegle is active in national advocacy efforts and is a member of Campaign 2 End AIDS (C2EA). 

Ms. Walls-Beegle has a special interest in international development and worked with the Dutch NGO ‘AIDS Foundation East/West’ in Moscow, Russia, providing training and capacity building around HIV/AIDS care and treatment.

Stacie lives in Norfolk and is married to John.  They have two children, Patrick and Molly.
