Outreach
Outreach services are designed to locate individuals who are infected with HIV and are not currently receiving care. Outreach Specialists work to reduce barriers for these individuals to receive medical care and case management.
Meals Program
Over 9,000 meals are delivered annually to consumers on the Southside and the Peninsula. This program is staffed by volunteers who prepare, package and deliver nutritious meals to support our clients 7 days a week.
Education
HIV/STD prevention education is provided to consumers involved in services with the agency as well as to adults and youth in our communities.
 
   
Support Services
Weekly support groups are available for both adults and youth on the Southside and the Peninsula.
Children/Youth Services
We are a licensed daycare provider and support our families with age appropriate activities for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age on the Southside and the Peninsula. Playgroup and Fun Clubs are conducted weekly throughout the year and includes a 6-week summer camp.
